Michele Harris – 2IC
I believe play stimulates children’s cognitive social and emotional development. I will show them that I do honor their play and do value them as individuals. I will respect each child’s “self-identity.” I will ensure that I give positive evaluation of the children’s learning therefore fostering their self-efficacy, endeavoring to increase their thirst for knowledge. Above all I will listen to the children’s voices.
